Return and Pricing Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may simply return it for a full refund of merchandise cost within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately markdown items cannot be refunded. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your return as soon as possible. The item must be returned in its original condition along with a copy of the receipt of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. We will send you the shipping label for your return item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please process the return of your item and then reorder the item you want.
In the instance of a defective/broken product or incorrect order, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund all costs (including shipping charges) associated with the purchase. To be eligible for a full replacement or refund for a defective or broken item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of delivery.
In the instance of a refused or unclaimed shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Price adjustments will not be made after your purchase unless the item is marked down within 7 days of your initial purchase. Please contact email@example.com with a copy of your order number and the item that needs the price adjustment.
